Dr. Handan Sabahlar - Principal Dentist

Handan qualified as a dentist in 1987.
She continued her postgraduate training in various reputable London Hospitals.
She took a clinical attachment position at Barnet General Hospital Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, improving her knowledge and skills in minor oral surgery.
She later attended Guys Hospital where she had an opportunity to observe complex dental problems, their diagnosis and their treatment plans.
She went on to complete her Masters Degree in Prosthetic Dentistry at the prestigous Eastman Dental Hospital.
She continued her training in Prosthodontics at the Royal London Hospital for further 2 years, gaining vast experience in dealing with full mouth rehabilitation.
Handan has been working in general dental practice in North London since 2001. She took over 'All Smiles In Finchley' in April 2012.
Dr. Farahani
MScD, MOrth RCS
Dr Farahani finished his orthodontic speciality training at Cardiff University. This led to the award of Master of Science (MScD) degree in orthodontics as well as the specialist membership diploma of MOrth RCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He undertook further training in the field of Craniofacial Orthodontics and is a graduate of the Craniofacial and Special Care Orthodontic fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, University of Southern California. He trained to treat patients with severe craniofacial deformities requiring combined orthodontic and surgical treatment.
Dr Farahani has served as an academic at the University of Birmingham and the University of Warwick. He has published more than 60 peer-reviewed publications and 3 book chapters. He acts as a reviewer as well as on the editorial board for a few orthodontic and dental journals. He has an interest in Implantology and attended the USC School of Dentistry, where he received his Certificate in Implantology. He was granted Research Scholarship from the European Orthodontic Society and Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. His research works have been nominated for the William JB Houston Research Award on two occasions (2009 and 2010).
Dr Farahani's expertise lies in the orthodontic treatment of children and adults as well as providing cosmetic orthodontic treatment to ensure his patients can start smiling with confidence again. He offers complex restorative-orthodontic treatment for patients who have multiple missing teeth as well as treating patients with dentofacial deformities requiring surgical orthodontics.
